On the occasion of the 42th Reunification Anniversary and towards the 9th Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Vietsovpetro, in term of 2017-2022, within 02 days from 22 to 23April, the Youth Union of Oil & Gas Production Enterprise and the Youth Union of Thang Nhat Ward had organized the journey to the origin, visiting and offering presents to Vietnamese Heroic Mother, policy beneficiary families and poor children in Muong Man commune and My Thanh Commune of Ham Thuan Nam District, Binh Thuan Province. The delegation has presented 129 gifts with a total amount of 25,000,000 VND raised from the donations of the youth union members and kindness individuals in the enterprise.
On this occasion, the delegation also visited Duc Thanh School and Ho Chi Minh Museum, heard about the time President Ho Chi Minh stopped teaching before coming to Saigon, and then Uncle Ho went to all over the world to find a way for a national liberation movement.
The journey successfully ended and left lasting impression on the participants. Not only does the delegation share the difficulties with policy families, Vietnamese Heroic Mother and encourage poor children to study but the trip to the origin also helps the youth union members more understand about Uncle Ho's lifestyle, the magnanimous history of Vietnamese people. Simultaneously, the youth union members feel the friendliness, enthusiasm, hospitality through the exchanges between the local Youth Union and people here.
